A judgment dismissing a petition for habeas corpus and remanding the petitioner to custody of the respondent is for review here. The petition was filed by Franz Erwin Chlupacek in the Superior Court of Hall County against Wilburn L. Reed, Jr., sheriff of that county, alleging illegal detention by virtue of a writ of be exeat.
