In this workmen's compensation case, plaintiff sought judgment as and for total and permanent disability, but procured jury findings of only permanent partial loss of use of his leg. These latter findings were set aside upon motion of the defendant, and the plaintiff appeals. The parties will be designated as they appeared in the trial court. Harris, an employee of Port Drum Company, was burned on his left leg while working in the course of his employment...
