PER CURIAM:

The defendant, Jesse James Matthews, appeals from a jury verdict of manslaughter. MCLA § 750.321 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.553).1 The victim, James Frizzell, was stabbed by Matthews during a knife fight. At the trail Matthews claimed he acted in self-defense.
