The appellants were the successful purchasers of real property at a foreclosure sale which was held pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure entered by the trial court against the Swartswelters, appellees, and which judgment was in favor of the Hunters, two other appellees. The property in question was encumbered as follows: (a) first mortgage given by Swartswelters to the Hunters in the amount of $20,000; (b) second mortgage given by the Swartswelters...
