This is an action for personal injuries suffered by the 9 1/2-year-old plaintiff on July 14, 1953, on the premises of a housing project owned and operated by the defendant, Winnebago County Housing Authority, and formerly known as the Camp Grant Barracks. On the date of the accident the plaintiff finished supper about six o'clock and went to the home of a young friend, Douglas Almquist,
