This is a proceeding initiated by petitioner to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board which found the intervenor employer guilty of certain violations of Section 8(a) (1) and (3) of the Act, but dismissed other portions of the complaint which alleged Section 8(a) (5) violations as well as other infractions of § 8(a) (1) and (3).
