FRUGE, Judge.

This is a wrongful death action resulting from an electrocution. Plaintiff, the mother of the deceased, Ronald Lee O'Neal, also known as Ronald Lee Brannon, filed this suit as a result of the alleged wrongful death of her son on the premises of Babin's Vermilion Flyers, a business concern owned by Daniel Babin, the defendant herein.

At the institution of the suit, the insurers of Babin's Vermilion Flyers were brought into the suit by both plaintiff...
