The jury found defendant guilty under a three-count indictment charging bookmaking on June 1, 2 and 3, 1966 (N.J.S. 2A:112-3), and under a second indictment charging possession of lottery slips on June 3, 1966 (N.J.S. 2A:121-3). Sentence was suspended on the first two counts of the bookmaking indictment and a State Prison term of 1-2 years and a $1,000 fine imposed on the third count.
