As a result of an injury allegedly arising out of and in the course of his employment, Donald Lewis, Petitioner, filed his claim and applied for a hearing before the Judge of Industrial Claims. Sperry Auto Sales, Respondent Employer, received notice of the claim and of the hearing but failed to attend. A compensation order was thereupon duly entered finding that the Florida Industrial Commission had jurisdiction...
