This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, by the Honorable Girard E. Kalbfleisch, District Judge. After trial, without a jury, the Court found that the defendants, John H. Saviano and Peter J. Zicarelli, both officers of Local 1377, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, had received money from the Local during the years 1960 through 1964 inclusive...
