We are asked to review by writ of certiorari a Compensation Order of the Florida Industrial Commission that affirmed the Order of the Judge of Industrial Claims denying death benefits to Petitioners, the widow and dependent children of the deceased employee.

On the day of the fatal accident, the deceased as a part of the duties for his employer drove a tractor-trailer truck from his employer's business...
