Mrs. Oveda G. Byers filed a petition in which she sought separate maintenance for herself and minor child. Thereafter, the husband filed for divorce and the wife by way of a cross action sought a divorce. Before the trial the cases were consolidated and the issues thus made came on for trial without the intervention of a jury. A third-party claim was filed but dismissed before judgment. The wife was allowed temporary alimony in the amount of $105...
