The appellant, National Foundation, brings this appeal from a summary judgment entered by the district court in favor of the appellee, City of Fort Worth, upholding the constitutional validity of Chapter 32 of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, which regulates the solicitations of charitable contributions on the streets and in public places in Fort Worth.
