CARSWELL, Circuit Judge.

Appellant prosecutes this appeal from a denial of his motion to vacate sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The motion was denied without a hearing. We affirm.1

Appellant was indicted in the Albany Division of the Middle District of Georgia and was charged with violation of Internal Revenue Laws pertaining to non-tax-paid distilled spirits.
