This appeal is from the order of the district court, entered in Chapter X reorganization proceedings, that Flora Sun Corporation is the alter ego of Aspic Investments Corporation.

An involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against American Bonded Mortgage Company, Inc., followed shortly thereafter by a Chapter X petition. Subsequently a Chapter X petition was filed naming Flora Sun, and later a similar Chapter X petition naming...
