Plaintiff sold the defendant corporation a used truck and trailer. Payment of the purchase price of $2,000 was made in the form of $200 in cash and two of defendant's postdated checks totaling $1,800. Subsequently, defendant stopped payment on the two checks. This is a suit for $1,800, the balance due on the purchase price. By answer and amended answer defendant denied liability and averred plaintiff misrepresentations, redhibitory vices and failure...
