This is a suit for damages instituted by the undivided owners of a large tract of land in Acadia Parish against Michigan Wisconsin Pipeline Company. Plaintiffs contend that defendant constructed a pipeline across six tracts or fields of rice farmland owned by them, and that as a result of that construction it has become necessary for them to relevel the entirety of each such tract, including the part which lies outside the right of way.
