The plaintiff, Frank Barreca, filed this suit against the defendants, the City of New Orleans, the French Market Corporation, Felix Bonura, its president and chairman of the Board, and H. N. Fernandez, Inc., endeavoring to enjoin them from continuing the operation of the "Cafe Du Monde Coffee Stand" designated by the Municipal No. 410 St. Ann Street in the City of New Orleans, and also endeavoring to enjoin H.
