Fernandez, Inc., endeavoring to enjoin them from continuing the operation of the "Cafe Du Monde Coffee Stand" designated by the Municipal No. 410 St. Ann Street in the City of New Orleans, and also endeavoring to enjoin H. N. Fernandez, Inc., from continuing to occupy...
