MEMORANDUM OPINION AND INJUNCTION

JOHNSON, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, a 17-year-old male who was in attendance in the Wetumpka, Alabama, High School as a student in the eleventh grade, brings this action against the principal and the assistant principal of the high school and the superintendent of education for the county and the individual members of the county board of education for Elmore County.
