Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of voluntary nonsuit induced by the ruling of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff's complaint.

The complaint contains five counts. In five assignments of error, plaintiff assigns as error the ruling as to each count severally, but plaintiff makes argument in detail as to only the first count and adopts the same argument as to the other four counts.
