Soileau, reported at 224 So.2d 75, arose out of an accident which occurred August 19, 1967, on Louisiana Highway No. 10 in Evangeline Parish, involving a 1953 Chevrolet automobile owned by Hersey Guillory, and being driven by his wife, Josephine Guillory, and a 1961 one-half ton pick-up truck owned and operated by Damon Soileau.
