In a proceeding for an arrangement under chapter XI, the referee enjoined all persons from commencing or continuing actions against the debtor, Tel-A-Sign, Inc. This order was entered August 7, 1967. The Slater Bros. Co., Inc. had started an action in July, 1967 against Tel-A-Sign and others in a New York court. Damages of $3,500,000 were demanded. On November 14, Slater asked that the injunction be vacated as to its action. The referee denied...
