The judgments of conviction should be unanimously affirmed.

We reach this conclusion despite the most irregular conduct of the Assistant District Attorney, which we must refer to lest it be concluded that it is condoned. Though the improprieties are not to be overlooked, they nevertheless did not affect any substantial right of the defendants.
