Thurston Motor Lines, Inc. appeals from judgments against it obtained by three former employees, who sued under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. A. § 201 et seq., to recover overtime compensation to which they claimed they were entitled. In the district court, Thurston contended that its employees Hodges and McDonald were not covered by the overtime provisions of the Act, but the district judge concluded otherwise and awarded them...
