MANSFIELD, District Judge:

This is an appeal from a conviction, after a jury trial, for theft of 18 copper ingots which were part of a foreign shipment. 18 U.S.C. § 659. We find no error and affirm.

The Government's case was based largely on the testimony of Waterfront Commission Inspector Sidney Huckvale. On the morning of January 18, 1966 he observed appellant Hart driving a hi-lo off Pier 54...
