BLACKBIRD, Justice:

The judgment involved here is a divorce decree dissolving the marriage of the parties to this appeal. These parties' order of appearance in the trial court was in reverse of what it is here, but their trial court designations of "plaintiff" and "defendant" will be used in this opinion.
