Georgia Highway Express, Inc. (Company) and Truck Drivers & Helpers Local Union No. 728 (Union) bring these petitions to review certain aspects of an order of July 17, 1968, of the National Labor Relations Board. The order upheld the certification of the Union as bargaining agent for the Company's Atlanta Terminal employees, and directed the Company to bargain and to post a notice as to the Board's order.
