HODGES, Justice.

The defendant in error, the bank, filed a claim on a promissory note in the Estate of Chester M. Mason, deceased. The promissory note was held as pledged collateral security by the bank for its loan to Colorado Central Mortgage Corporation, referred to as the mortgage company herein. Judgment was entered for the bank after a jury verdict in its favor and from this judgment the estate prosecutes this writ of error.
