PER CURIAM:

The District Court granted the Secretary's motion for summary judgment in an action by Claud E. Everett under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary refusing Everett's application for a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits. Everett appeals and we affirm.
