The five defendants were convicted of rape, MCLA § 750.520 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.788). The 16-year-old complainant testified that on May 29, 1966, she was raped by four of the defendants at the home of defendant Lee, and that the other defendants assisted. She testified...
