The defendant, James Bacon, on the 25th day of July, 1966, entered a plea of guilty to the crime of sodomy as charged under Section 2905.44, Revised Code, and, in accordance with the provision of Section 2947.25, Revised Code, infra, was sent to Lima State Hospital for examination.
