This is a motion to dismiss by defendant Mackworth G. Rees, Inc., for lack of jurisdiction over the person of defendant. Defendant is a Delaware corporation with its principal office in Michigan, registered to do business in a number of states but not in Pennsylvania. Service of process was made by substituted service upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the Pennsylvania "long-arm" statute. (15 P.S....
