Following a jury trial defendant was found guilty on all counts of an information charging two counts of sale of marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11531), two counts of sale of dangerous drugs (Health & Saf. Code, § 11912) and one count of sale of heroin (Health & Saf.
