Plaintiff, Billy M. Allen, has appealed the trial court's granting of a summary judgment on defendant's motion entered in the district court.

Allen Welding & Fabricating on October 17, 1967 when he was directed by his employer to go to a compressor station owned by La-Tex Oil Company to perform some welding work on piping.
