SUMMERS, Justice.

This is an appeal by John Barrios from a conviction for criminal neglect of family in the Juvenile Court of Jefferson Parish.

Barrios was married to Janice Faye Lee at Bolton, Alabama, on June 16, 1967 and two days later established the matrimonial domicile in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, where they resided together as man and wife until December 1, 1967, when his wife abandoned the matrimonial domicile. No reconciliation has taken place...
