The conviction is for murder; the punishment, fifty years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged.

The record reflects that appellant was seen in the apartment of John Hilldale in Dallas at approximately 2:30 a. m., on a Sunday, the 9th day of April, 1967. The body of Hilldale, the deceased, was found at about 10:00 a. m. the following day with a necktie pulled...
