The appeal is from a final judgment enjoining appellants, hereinafter referred to simply as "Grand Lake", from going upon and entering for further maintaining a pipe line on plaintiffs' lands in Montgomery County, Gray, as the surface lessor of the Hunt Tract of 981 acres, joined by the fee owners thereof, sought a declaratory judgment that the old Conroe-Magnolia Road had been abandoned and that Grand Lake had no right or authority to construct...
