Fox, plaintiff-respondent, instituted this action against Fifth West Inc., a Washington corporation, alleging breach of a valid oral contract for employment. The cause was tried by a jury and a verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff-respondent in the amount of $6,037.50 ($5,400 wages; $350 expenses; $278.50 hauling a trailer).
