Petitioner herein W. L. Coursey, after having exhausted his state remedies, has filed his application for writ of habeas corpus in this court. He raises the following issues: (1) whether Petitioner's written confession was inadmissible and obtained in violation of the holding in Escobedo v. Illinois, 378 U.S. 478, 84 S.Ct. 1758, 12 L.Ed.2d 977 (1964),1
