James J. Hogan, an eighteen year old minor, was killed in an accident which occurred on U. S. Highway 90 near Boutte in St. Charles Parish on November 13, 1965. The minor's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence J. Hogan and the minor's brother Carroll J. Hogan, brought this action for damages for the alleged wrongful death of said minor against Baggett Transportation Company, Inc. and Holsum Bakeries, Inc. and their respective public liability insurers in solido...
