James and Uva Greene, having reached the end of a long and discordant marital relationship, were granted a divorce each from the other on the ground of extreme cruelty. Uva was awarded custody of the minor children and also received the equity in the residential real estate. James, being dissatisfied with the decree of the lower court, has appealed.

The couple was married in Hot Springs, Arkansas...
