PER CURIAM.

The petitioner was found guilty by a jury verdict of first degree murder with a recommendation for mercy. He was adjudged guilty and sentenced to prison for the rest of his natural life. His court-appointed counsel, after a motion for new trial was denied by the trial court, filed a notice of appeal which was not filed within the time allowed by the appellate rules and therefore this court dismissed the appeal...
