This is an appeal by P.T. Eubanks from a decree of the Chancery Court of Lamar County dissolving a temporary injunction which restrained appellees, W.H. Hodges & Company and Dewitt Clyde Bilbo, Sheriff of Lamar County, from selling certain lands levied on by the sheriff under a writ of execution issued at the instance of Hodges.
