This suit arises as the result of a collision at the intersection of University Boulevard and Adelphi Road near the University of Maryland in Prince George's County. The automobile owned by Oliver Walter Clemons, Sr. (Clemons, Sr.), and operated by Oliver Walter Clemons, Jr. (Clemons, Jr.), was proceeding west on University Boulevard.
