Judge Raine granted summary judgment for the owner of a fifteen-story office building in Towson in an action to foreclose a mechanics' lien duly filed by an engineer, Liebergott, who at the instance of the architect had prepared structural, electrical and mechanical plans and specifications for the building, some of which were used in the construction.
