F. von Seggern, defendant, and joining Angus G. Wynne as a party designated "custodian". Thereafter L. C. Ferguson died and Donn Q. Ferguson and Lindley C. Ferguson, Independent Co-Executors of the Estate of L. C. Ferguson, Deceased, were substituted as parties...
