Stavrou, Inc.) and its surety (Reliance Insurance Company) have appealed from judgments in three consolidated cases aggregating $14,059.25 plus interest, entered in favor of a supplier of materials, Beacon Electric Supply Co., Inc. In the court below there was another party defendant, a subcontractor, Densco, Inc., who did not appeal a judgment entered against it on a cross claim by the contractor...
