The Chase Manhattan Bank appeals from two orders of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, John R. Bartels, J., which granted Arthur J. Halpern a discharge in bankruptcy. The bankrupt filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy on October 4, 1965. Chase, his chief creditor, filed three objections to discharge.
