HOLTZOFF, District Judge.

The question presented in this case is whether a defendant sued by a minor for personal injuries claimed to have been caused by the defendant's negligence may maintain a claim for contribution against the plaintiff's parents, on the ground that the parents were joint tort feasors in that their negligence was also one of the proximate causes of the plaintiff's injuries.
