The plaintiff in this tort action, Mrs. Earline Richard Robin, claims damages for personal injuries which she sustained as the result of a two-car motor vehicle collision.1 One of the automobiles involved in the collision was owned by Ernest Richard and was being driven by his wife, Mrs. Felicia Arnaud Richard.
